Core Technical Scope Of Works :
- Industrial Power Infrastructure : Installed heavy-duty power distribution networks, including main sub-boards, galvanized cable ladders, and dedicated high-amperage lines to support hydraulic vehicle lifts and workshop machinery.
- High-Ceiling Commercial Lighting : Engineered and deployed a massive, symmetrical high-ceiling downlight matrix for the main showroom floor to optimize vehicle presentation.
- Architectural & Feature Lighting : Curated and wired premium bespoke luminaires, drop-down feature lights, and ambient perimeter lighting across customer lounges, VIP waiting areas, and the corporate reception.
- Structured Cable Management : Implemented clean under-floor trunking networks, concealed structural conduits, and desk-level power modules to support open-plan corporate workstations and customer discussion bays.
- Life Safety & Auxiliary Integration : Integrated critical facility systems including emergency exit signs, localized fire alarm devices, and electrical wiring for mechanical ventilation/air-conditioning (MVAC) diffusers.
