Core Technical Scope Of Works :
- Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) Grounding : Designed and implemented advanced ESD-safe copper earthing and grounding networks to protect highly sensitive micro-electronics and precision machinery.
- Control Center Data Containment : Installed extensive overhead cable baskets and multi-tiered data trays to manage dense fiber optic and low-voltage lines fueling the central command station.
- Production Floor Power Drops : Dropped high-voltage, multi-phase power connections safely from overhead busways down to automated manufacturing equipment.
- Integrated Climate Control Wiring : Wired specialized mechanical ventilation systems (HVAC) to maintain positive air pressure, particulate filtering, and strict humidity control within the production zone.
- Shadowless Industrial Lighting : Mounted high-efficiency, shadowless anti-glare cleanroom lighting fixtures to facilitate microscopic quality control inspections.
