Project Summary :
Successfully executed the complete high-amperage electrical infrastructure and main utility substation development for Mastech City Engineering’s manufacturing plant in Semujuk, Melaka. Our scope encompassed everything from the civil completion of the dedicated substation hub to the complex installation of sub-surface earthing grid matrixes and heavy multi-phase cable busbar terminations, ensuring a stable and secure primary power system for the entire industrial facility.

Core Technical Scope of Works :
- Substation Facility Integration : Delivered the structural integration for a standalone utility substation building, complete with industrial weather-proof louvers, heavy security rolling shutters, and concrete vehicle protection bollards.
- Subterranean Earthing Matrix : Fabricated and routed continuous high-grade copper earthing tape running along subterranean concrete distribution trenches to guarantee maximum fault-current dissipation.
- Wall-Mounted Earth Bars : Anchored and certified localized copper earth busbar terminal blocks directly onto reinforced concrete walls to create stable systemic grounding connection points.
- Heavy-Gauge Cable Terminations : Handled the precision layout, bending, and termination of heavy-duty multi-phase power cables (Red, Yellow, Blue, Black), crimped with high-grade mechanical lugs and bolted to main copper busbars.
- Conduit Containment Layouts : Installed high-level perimeter surface conduit tracks and ventilation setups within the power hub to maintain a clean, safe, and temperature-regulated operational environment.
