- 6900A Main Switchboard (MSB) Installation : Deployed and coupled heavy-duty, type-tested 6900A Main Switchboards configured for peak industrial load distribution.
- High-Capacity Busbar Trunking : Fitted massive, low-impedance copper busbar trunking lines to cleanly transport thousands of amperes of raw power from incoming sub-stations directly to main distribution panels.
- Power Factor Correction (PFC) : Configured and commissioned multi-step Power Factor Correction capacitor banks to maximize energy efficiency and eliminate utility penalty charges.
- Protective Relay Calibration : Setup, programmed, and calibrated advanced digital overcurrent and earth-fault protective relays to guarantee instantaneous trip isolation during faults.
- Live Injection Testing & Commissioning : Conducted full-scale insulation resistance, contact resistance, and primary/secondary current injection testing to verify infrastructure integrity prior to energization.
