FOREMAN

Responsibilities:

• Lead, supervise, and direct daily hands-on activities of on-site electrical technicians and workers
• Assign tasks to team members based on project priorities and monitor daily work quality and progress
• Provide practical, step-by-step guidance and demonstration for complex installation and wiring tasks
• Coordinate with site engineers or supervisors to receive project directions and translate them into physical site work
• Inspect completed electrical work to ensure quality, code compliance, and safety standards are met
• Maintain worker attendance, enforce site discipline, and promote a productive, team-oriented work environment
